Build you own Greek theatre mask

In Ancient Greece and Rome actors used to wear masks not only to play a role but also to amplify their voice. A mask worked as a mic…

Even today the symbol for theatre is a smiling mask, representing comedy, and a sad mask, representing tragedy.

You can create both of them by yourself. How?

You need two paper/ plastic dishes, scissors, glue and our model.

Download the images with the two faces (face 1 and face2), print and paint them.

Cut them out and glue them on the plastic or paper dish.

Decorate them as you prefer, with newspaper cuttings, shells or threads.

Enjoy!
