The decree-law 31 May 2014, n. 83, converted with amendments into law no. 106, introduced a tax credit to encourage donations supporting culture, the so-called Art bonus. It consists of a tax credit, equal to 65% of the amount donated, to those who make donations supporting the Italian public cultural heritage.
